When does OWC hire new teachers?

We hire teachers throughout the year as the need arises.

What qualifications are needed?

Specific education or experience with young children is helpful, but not required for all positions.  We look for staff who have a desire to

• love the Lord and working with children

• make every moment a teachable one

• have a commitment to nurturing, inspiring, and delighting children in your care

• have a passion for creating lifelong learners
